What is The Stars Above?

A unique artwork shows you how the stars aligned on a specific date and place, so you can hold on to the moment forever.

How does it work?

In our design tool, you enter the location, date, and time of your most important memory. We then find the exact image of what the star map looked like at that specific time and date. After that, you can choose an appearance and a text of your choice. At the bottom of the poster, we print the information provided.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders.

How long does the delivery take?

Free shipping worldwide: 5-8 working days.
Express worldwide shipping: 1-4 working days.

Is a frame included?

No, frames are sold separately. You can check them out here.

What payment options do you offer?

All our payments are handled by Klarna They offer secure and easy payments via invoice, card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), partial payment, or bank transfer. Please note that the payment options vary depending on which country you're from.

Do I have to pay customs?

Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU and Australia. Orders to countries outside these regions may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

What paper do you use?

Our posters are printed on 200 g/m2 acid-free matte paper to not only look great, but last a lifetime.

I would like to make a complaint, how may I do that?

All complaints (damaged or defective posters) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to info@thestarsabove.com.

Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

Can I return my poster?

As all our posters are custom made, we, unfortunately, can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged.

I've made a mistake in my order, can you change it?

You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order.
